Abigail Adams is a Polish-Lionhead mix who is searching once and for all for her fur-ever home. She was adopted by a loving family from a local shelter two years ago, but what they didn’t know is that she was already pregnant. She had six beautiful, healthy babies that are also Polish-Lionhead mixes, and her owner kept four of them and found homes for two. Unfortunately, her owner recently had to get major surgery, so Abigail and her four babies ended up at our rescue.
Abigail has been spayed and is used to being handled. She loves to run outside when the whether is nice. Because she is 50% Lionhead, she has longer fur that needs to be brushed regularly. She eats a diet of greens and grain, with the occasional treat, such as a carrot coin. When Abigail came to us, she was a bit overweight, so we do not recommend too many treats!
